Sculley serving city well

City Manager Sheryl Sculley's efficient handling of the budget enabled San Antonio to hire more police officers, and her efforts to reduce uniformed employee health care costs are in the public interest. There is no "us" versus "them" in resolving the city's collective bargaining dispute because we all lose, especially the public, if nothing gets done.
