Three doctoral students receive dissertation awards

Three Penn State College of Medicine doctoral students, Fengyang "Dylan" Lei, Theresa D. Carr, and Wint Nandar, were among 13 recipients of the 2013 Penn State Graduate School Alumni Association Dissertation Award across the University.
