Codey predicts budget concerns will delay stem cell bond issue

Senate President Richard Codey, center, who championed stem cell research during his year as governor, on a May 24 tour of Rutgers' W.M. Keck Center for Collaborative Neurosciences, said that a bond issue to scientific studies likely will not appear on the ballot until 2007.
