Sion Barry on the creation of 620 jobs in Bridgend by Canadian firm CGI

The investment by CGI Group will see the Canadian firm creating a further 620 jobs in South Wales in what is a major boost for the Welsh economy. Building on its three operations in Bridgend , which employ more than 900, they are absolutely the right sort of jobs that the Welsh economy requires; giving career progression opportunities in well-paid and skilled jobs and potentially those recruited the springboard to one day set up their own firms in IT services.
