Anti-cloning bill would allow hospitals to turn away miscarrying women: rights group

The proposed Health Care Rights of Conscience Act allows health care professionals to refuse to participate in abortion, sterilization, human cloning and embryonic stem cell research, as well as protecting them from liability.
