LOS ANGELES & SAN MATEO, Calif. -- -- Capricor, Inc. and Nile Therapeutics, Inc. today announced the completion of the previously announced merger pursuant to which, among other things, Capricor has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nile in an all-stock transaction.
