Nine children in two families can't return to Edmonton public schools this fall because their fathers work for a Libya-U.S. oil company that hasn't paid their international student fees, after company offices were reportedly destroyed by bombing in Libya. Mohamed Sliel and Fauzi Sheta work for the Libya-based Waha Oil Company and moved to Edmonton with their families on student visas last November.
