A London woman who was able to get life-changing surgery in Chicago thanks to a massive donation campaign is doing well and trying to help a young father who faces the same plight. Just 15 months ago Erin Zubick was on a downward spiral that would end in death or a risky double lung transplant that left her, her husband and her four children unsure how much longer she'd be with them.
