Powell couple fights for newborn screening bill

WATE 6 On Your Side has followed the story of Mabry Kate Webb, a ten-month-old who recently died of a rare neurological disorder called Krabbe Disease. She had no symptoms at birth, and by the time she started having them and was diagnosed, it was too late for doctors to help her.
