AN INSPIRATIONAL young woman has been nominated as a 'body confidence queen' by Cosmopolitan after she took the brave decision to publish a photograph of herself in her bikini with her colostomy bags. Bethany Townsend of St John's, Worcester, has been nominated in the Cosmopolitan 'Ultimate Women Awards' which take place on December 3 at One Mayfair in London.
