China mulls rules for stem-cell research

According to a document published by the National Health and Family Planning Commission and China Food and Drug Administration, stem-cell clinical trials refer to transplantation of stem-cells for the purpose of disease prevention or research. The document proposes that all clinical records of stem-cell providers and subjects should be kept for at lease 30 years.
