By Andre Huie BASSETERRE, St Kitts -- Plans are in the works to establish a stem cell research and treatment center in St Kitts in the near future. The plans were make public at a press conference organized by the St Kitts biomedical Research Foundation following the Foundation's Strategy Conference on Reverse Aging Treatments in the presence of several international scientists and stem cell research experts.
