Boris Johnson has been forced to curtail the scale of his trade mission in Boston amid severe winter storm warnings. London's mayor decided to remain in the city to press ahead with long-standing engagements despite forecasts of up to an extra two foot of snow b ut his schedule has had to be reduced.
