Local forum discusses Westminster council buying up houses in Redbridge

Westminster City Council's purchase of houses in Redbridge was the main topic at the latest local forum, held at Wanstead Library, on Spratt Hall Road, Wanstead. As the Recorder will reveal tomorrow, the Central London borough has been purchasing cheap housing in Redbridge to house its homeless.
