Pediatricians question adding a fatal childhood disease to newborn screening

Wisconsin lawmakers are trying to add a deadly disease to the required list of tests for newborns, but some say the screening shouldn't be required. State Senator Julia Lassa , Representative Todd Novak , and Representative John Spiros wrote a bipartisan bill called Collin's Law that would add Krabbe Leukodystrophy to Wisconsin's tests.
