Scientist to discuss research on fluorescent proteins at La Grua Center

The La Grua Center in the borough will sponsor a presentation on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 5 p.m. on green fluorescent proteins, which are used in many medical research techniques. The event is open to the public with a $5 suggested donation.
